What we build

AI email assistant and inbox automation

Updated October 2026

An AI email assistant reads your incoming mail, sorts it, summarizes long threads, and drafts replies for you to approve. We build it in Gmail or Outlook, so Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 both work. Customer facing replies wait for your approval unless you choose otherwise.

How it works

For example, a message could move through these steps.

What the automation and a person each do for an incoming message
When this happensThe automation does thisA person does this
A message lands in your inboxReads it, labels it, and sorts it by what it asks forYou read what matters most first
A long thread builds upWrites a short summary of the threadYou read the summary and open the thread when you need detail
A message needs a replyDrafts a reply in your wordingYou edit and approve it before it sends
A message needs a personRoutes it to you with a summaryYou answer it

What it can read

The assistant works with the mailbox that the job needs. We agree on what it can read before work starts. You own the accounts, so you control the access. Read more in is AI automation safe for your business.

Where a person stays in charge

You choose which replies go out on their own and which wait for you. We recommend that a person approves any reply that reaches a customer. Anything about money or a legal matter waits for you.

Where it falls short

Limits for this one:

  • A draft can be wrong. Names, dates, and promises in a draft need your eyes before it sends.
  • It does not know what you agreed by phone. If something sits outside the mailbox, the draft cannot reflect it.
  • Sorting follows rules you approve. A new kind of message may land in the wrong place until we adjust the rules.
  • A summary leaves things out. Open the thread when the detail matters.

What we need from you

We need access to the mailbox involved, examples of the messages you answer the same way each time, your wording for the replies, and someone on your side who approves what goes out.

Questions

How do I automate email responses in Gmail?

Start with the messages you answer the same way each time. An automation can draft those replies in your wording and leave them in Gmail for you to approve. We build it on your own Gmail account, and you own the account. Replies to unusual messages come to you.

How can AI sort my inbox in Outlook?

An automation reads each new message, labels it by what it asks for, and files it or flags it for you. We build it in Outlook through Microsoft 365. You approve the labels and the rules before it runs.

What happens to an email the assistant cannot answer?

It goes to you with a short summary. The assistant does not guess at a reply it cannot support. You answer the message yourself.
